This game takes place in the floating world of Cocoon whose government is ordering a purge of civilians who have come into contact with Pulse, the feared world below. A former soildier named Lightening must fight back against the government in order to save her sister who has been branded.

Critical Evaluation
Huh?!??! I didn't even know where to start. My husband was one of those who stood in line in the freezing cold in order to be one of the first people to play this game. He beat it within a day. Me, I couldn't even fly without falling to my doom below. The graphics and animation is breathtaking, and the motion sensors really make you feel like you are floating around on a giant island. I found the story line and background information to be more interesting, which makes me believe I would be a fan of the manga or book series, or even of the feature film, all of which, my husband owns.

Challenge Issues
I would offer my library's Collection Development Policy which highlights how challenges and reconsideration's are handled. I would ask the challenger and the professional reviewing it to familiarize themselves with the book.
Reason for Selection
My husband recommended it when I asked him what a great game for teens was.
