Critical Evaluation
This magazine is a great resource for teens who are into gaming. From sneak peeks to secret codes, gamers will fall over the mass of great information. I am not a gamer, so much of this information went way over my head, but the articles were funny and you didn't have to be a gamer to understand the topics discussed. My husband works for a video game company and this is like his Bible. He doesn't go anywhere without this magazine. He has been reading it since he was a teen.
Readers Annotation
You thought you knew it all.
Information about the Creators
Game Pro was established in 1988 in Redwood City, California. Its creators were Patrick Ferrell, his sister in law Leeanne McDermot, and Michael and Lynn Kavish. They sought a major publisher IDG Peterborough in order to finance costs. With the addition of John Rousseau as publisher, Wes Nihel as editor in chief, and Francis Mao as head artist, it is now a large profitable worldwide magazine. Early in 2006, IDG Entertainment began to change internally and shift to the online mentality.

Challenge Issues
I would offer my library's Collection Development Policy which highlights how challenges and reconsideration's are handled. I would ask the challenger and the professional reviewing it to familiarize themselves with the book.
Reason for Selection
My gammer husband recommended it.
